We had a lot of fun last fall with our introductory Golf Ready sessions and the program is back for 2024! This time, we're adding two more sessions, bringing the total to six to get you ready for the upcoming golf season.
Each session will include elements of flexibility / core control and strength, followed by a metcon. We'll also assign additional "golf homework" for folks to do for the remainder of each week. Over the 6 weeks, you'll learn different techniques to improve your golf power output and stability using CrossFit movements.
